BEFORE CREATIVE DAY

You’ve Got a Client and a Team…Now What?

  • Email your team. Introduce yourself.

  • Email your client. Book a call with your team.

  • Host the team/client call. Gather info for Creative Brief.

  • Send client Memorandum of Understanding. Request their signature.

  • Review Creative Brief written by students. Provide feedback.

  • Send revised Creative Brief to client. Set up second call.

  • Host follow-up call. Get everyone on the same page.

  • Have students make final client edits. Review. Send to client.

  • Confirm client’s online attendance for Presentation Day and availability on Creative Day.

 

ON CREATIVE DAY

Manage and Motivate

  • Join your team’s Zoom Room. Watch the clock. Keep them on track.

  • Help prepare for Work In Progress meetings.

  • Communicate with non-profit as needed.

  • Have all materials proofread by a writer before finalizing files.

  • Coach on presentation skills and rehearse.

  • Fill out marking sheets and award ballots with AD.

 

ON PRESENTATION DAY

Lead Them to Victory

  • Send presentation invites/links to client. Ensure they can join.

  • Introduce your team.

  • E-meet with client. Answer any questions after the presentation.

 

AFTER PRESENTATION DAY

Tie Up Loose Ends

  • Send follow-up email to client.

  • Send any client edits to students.

  • Review edits with AD and send final files to client.

  • Review non-profit’s final edits sent by AM.

  • Send students clarifications & suggestions.

  • Review final student edits.

  • Ensure files are complete. Include working files for future client edits.

  • Prepare for Work In Progress meetings.

  • Ask questions! You’re AD & AM are there to help.

  • Have all materials proofread by a writer before finalizing files.

  • Make proofreader edits.

  • Prepare your presentation and rehearse!
