Research
Faculty members John Baljkas, Paula Barrett, and Michael Powell at Conestoga College are involved in an on-going research project to understand the value of collaboration, creativity, critical thinking, and community engagement for students in graphic design and public relations programs.
The goal of this research is to improve educational outcomes while serving public and community interests with improved design and communications materials.
Since 2015, Creative Day for Social Good has served over 100 not-for-profit organizations across Canada, and provided students in graphic design and public relations programs unique and educational experiences that have real impact. See a full list of organizations.
