Application deadline is September 4th, 2020 at 12:00am. Please note, when clicking the Apply Now button you will be redirected to the Capacity Canada website which hosts the application form.

Day 1: 8:00 am to 11:00 pm

Day 2: 9:00 am to 12:00 pm

November 12th - 13th, 2020

Day 1: 8:00 am to 11:00 pm

Day 2: 9:00 am to 12:00 pm

What to expect for CD4SG 2020?

  1. Prior to the sessions, faculty at each college will divide students into teams and assign them a participating non-profit. Student teams will then coordinate with their assigned non-profit to set up a virtual meeting to identify the marketing needs and goals of the organization.

  2. Student teams will take the information gathered in the meeting and prepare a creative brief. The creative brief will serve as the main reference document when producing the requested creative material. It will outline the project needs and adhere to the business goals of the non-profit.

  3. During the two-day event, student teams will work closely with a professional Art Director and Account Manager to bring the clients’ needs to life.

    • Day 1: Student teams along with their Art Director and Account Manager will brainstorm and develop the creative materials outlined in the creative brief.

    • Day 2: Student teams will virtually present the creative materials they produced for their assigned non-profit.
